Please contact us  by text 307-201-3252 , email,  within 24 hours of any discrepancy with your purchase arrival from the tracking date .
Returns: After receipt of your order all issues must be sent to us in writing by text to with photos by 24 hours of Tracking receipt  and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted off the total cost of your order , shipping is non refundable . It must be delivered  to us in the new condition that you received it in , in the original packaging. If it has any signs of wear your garment cannot be exchanged,or refunded  for hygienic reasons,

All exchanges or returns must be approved by management and you will receive store credit only.

ONCE A MEASUREMENT HAS BEEN PROVIDED EITHER IN PERSON OR BY Any VIRTUAL VIDEO  MODE..facetime,facebook,zoom,duo  whatsapp, google,etc.... the measuring  fee is non refundable as the service has been adequately provided.


Our items are shipped from Colombia, South America , each item is cleared by U.S.Customs and shipping charges  are added separately in each purchase total. The shipping charge is charged on all in person pick up orders and all home delivery orders .


Shipping is mandatorily charged even for in person pickups as this is the shipping charge from Colombia South America to the USA. This charged  is not included in the  price of your products, it is charged separately.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to customs ,  inclement weather , USA HOLIDAYS AND COLOMBIAN HOLIDAYS, OR POLITICAL CIVIL UNREST  and DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND AS YOUR GARMENT HAS BEEN HANDMADE TO YOUR MEASUREMENTS.  You will receive your garment but due to the above issues, It may cause a slight delay.   Thank You.
